These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the HydraControl mobile application ("app", "service") provided to you. By downloading, accessing, or using HydraControl, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

HydraControl is a hydration tracking app intended to help you log water intake and build healthy habits. It is provided for general wellness purposes only and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Not Medical Advice

Hydration goals, reminders, and statistics shown in the app are estimates based on the information you provide and are not a substitute for professional medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding your individual hydration needs, especially if you have a medical condition.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

• HydraControl offers optional in-app purchases and an auto-renewing subscription ("HydraControl Pro") that unlocks additional features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's own policies; we cannot issue refunds directly.

4. User Content

Any data you enter (drink logs, custom drinks, goals) remains yours. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers

6. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, mascot ("Droplet"), graphics, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the app or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms.
